Studio Group Classes + memberships

Reformer, Pilates & Barre classes in a group setting for healthy and able bodied clients. What sets us apart from other studios? Our classes are small, so you get lots of attention without the clinical cost, whilst enjoying the fun & motivating energy of being in a group environment lead by one of our passionate instructors.

Our 3 membership options below are perfect if you wish to practice two or more times weekly. Our memberships are an initial contract of 12 weeks, after which you may cancel at any time with 3 days notice via email. If you wish to pause your membership, please email us at least 5 days in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

Private Pilates Classes

Private sessions are for those clients who are either new to pilates and the studio, are pregnant or have just had a baby, prefer individualised practice or harbour an injury or pathology. Private sessions are held by a senior pilates instructor and 55 minutes in length
