reformer/off-peak

Dynamic, fun and challenging workout that targets the whole body through controlled movement focusing on strengthening and lengthening those stabilising muscles, improve posture and flexibility The progression of exercises will challenge you and your coordination and leaving you with a burn you will feel tomorrow with nothing to do but smile about it.

Prerequisite: General good health, free of injury and welcome women during first trimester with GP clearance.

bar.re

Bar.re is a fun fusion of ballet, pilates & yoga, no dancing experience needed. Our flowing, prop-filled class will work your whole body, with a focus on isometric moves and holds to create the infamous barre shake. Bar.re creates strong abs, shapely limbs, a peachy butt & perfect posture. What more could you ask? Our Bar.re classes welcome beginners & the more seasoned barre users. This class is perfect for quick results!

cardio

This little gem is a mat pilates barre fusion class generously sprinkled with cardio, promised to pack a spicy punch. Get that heart-rate up & that lymph moving through your body; feel-good endorphins guaranteed!

breathe

Bring mindfulness and stillness to the end of your week with our signature breathwork & meditation class. Guaranteed to nourish your nervous system, uplift your vibe & replenish your cup for the week ahead BYO bolsters, cushions & comfortable clothing. Mats, blocks & blankets provided.

yin refomer

Take a deep dive into a surrendered state in our deeply nourishing and restorative yin reformer. Long held poses promote the flow of energy through the meridians allowing relaxation, flexibility and a beautiful balance to our often yang-fuelled lives. The comfort & spring tension of our reformer beds deepens & supports your practice, you’ll only have yourself to thank!

sculpt

Your favourite pilates mat class with a dash of spice. Turn up the heat with ankle weights, booty bands, sliders, balls, hand weights…all the things! A pilates flow to uplevel your mat game; your muscles will say hello and thank you for days!

Prerequisite: Recommended for those in good health and free of injury.

yoga

Our yoga classes are inclusive & welcoming to all yogis, from beginner to beyond. Our warm & wonderful yoga instructors will look after you and meet you where your’e at. No previous experience necessary!

bump (pre & postnatal friendly)

Our most inclusive class barre class yet! All life-stages welcome to our feel good bar.re flow led by our midwife Daisy. BYO bumps & babes if you wish!

reformer + (jump)

Expect to be challenged to take your reformer game further in our intermediate to advanced class, which includes the jumpboard with challenging flows to rival your fave pilates instagrammers! Intervals of cardio generously sprinkled with moments of active recovery.

Prerequisite: Recommended at least 5 regular reformer pilates classes and have no injuries or pregnancy.

reformer (kid-friendly)

Babes of all ages welcome, provided you are responsible for their safety at all times. Plenty of mat & sitting space available for prams, playing & snacking. Please see our terms & policies for further information.

Whether you’re new to pilates, have an existing injury, are pre or post natal or perhaps prefer a more individualised approach, our private classes are the perfect place to begin. Our studio is equipped with reformers, a tower & wunda chair to keep you on your toes. Combined with our clinical equipment, one on one sessions will maximise your ability to reach & maintain your goals. Please contact us below to discuss further or make a booking.

semi-private pilates

Our Semi-Private Pilates classes allows you the individualised programming of a private session but in a small group setting. These sessions are designed for clients who prefer a more individualised approach, are recovering from injury or are pre or post natal. These classes combine therapeutic and remedial exercises to help you achieve your specific needs & goals.
